Nicole Adams Gibson

Nicole Adams Gibson | CEO

I am just a small town girl, who was raised by a strong family with exceptional work ethic and the appreciation of tradition and knowledge. I absolutely love the outdoors and riding ATVs in all seasons. I am a huge history fanatic which drives me to travel the world in search of our rich historical places. My family which is not completely made up of blood is the most important thing in my life.It is important to me to lead by example of how to treat others with kindness and respect. I love everything about animals and I do what I can to spend time learning from them wherever I go. My dream was to be an entrepreneur one day and be able to help others if I was successful or not. So, I guess this small town girl’s dream came true!

Bowen

Robert Bowen | MD

I am from Toledo Ohio but have worked in Michigan for 13+ years in Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine. My original training is in Internal Medicine, attending UTMC in Toledo. I truly enjoy what I do daily, helping people and trying to make a difference in their lives. When not working, spending time outdoors and physical fitness is necessary to keep the mind and body on point. I actively train and compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Like many of my coworkers, I am a dog lover currently with a Redbone Coonhound and a recent rescue Pitsky mix.

Samantha Rowe

Samantha Rowe | Director of Operations

Hello, My name is Samantha Rowe, most people call me Sam, born and raised in Michigan. I lived in South Florida as a Pre-Teen for two years. I have been in Occupational Health for 9 years now and love it! Currently I am earning my MBA degree. When I was a child and even as an early adult I have always wanted to be an elementary english teacher, or a geriatric medical provider.I love to spend time with my son, traveling, exploring new places, spending time with my family, and being outdoors. Out of all the places I have been, I think my favorite was Roatan, Honduras. This was a magical place to me, the animals were free, and you could feel the culture everywhere you went. My future plans are to help take OCS to the next level, and travel the world with my son.

Horst Griesser

Horst Griesser | Medical Director

I am a Michigan native and a huge Michigan fan. In my free time, when I am not doing what I love most which is taking care of workers, I try to watch as much football as I can. Family and tradition is the most important thing to me and I have two beautiful daughters. I have a strong Austrian heritage, however I absolutely enjoy the palm trees and oceans. I am a graduate of Wayne State University and University of Michigan. I have specialized in Occupational Health and Emergency Room Medicine. I developed a pilot program for our Veterans to assist in care access used by the VA currently and maintain many memberships and affiliations for these programs.

Valencia Hirmiz, DNP | Nurse Practitioner

My name is Valencia. I completed my doctoral studies at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). Witnessing the power of healing is truly rewarding, and the privilege of working in this field is something I never take for granted. Still, my dedication to caring for others extends beyond the walls of a clinic. From volunteering at health fairs to fostering animals, I find immense satisfaction in helping the community. I am also an avid traveler. With 15 countries under my belt, every adventure broadens my perspective and reminds me of the beautiful tapestry of humanity woven across the globe. Whether it’s lending a hand at a health fair, fostering furry friends, or planning adventures, these moments fuel my spirit and remind me of the simple joys in life. It’s not just about the work I do, but the connections I build along the way that are most precious to me.
